Ultimate Summer Wardrobe: Adorable Blouse

1. I need an adorable blouse. I'm obsessed with peter pan collars. Unfortunately, these are all either sold out or way too pricey.

I'm learning to sew. I find it thrilling, actually. And I was anticipating frustration. I suspect that my ultimate goal as a novice seamstress is to learn to make peter pan collars. They're just the most adorable thing. I can't seem to find enough of them.
